A unique blend of 55% old vine Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Syrah and 5% Merlot. Rich and elegant with soft dry tannins balanced by the acidity of the fruit. This wine has elements of black cherry and pepper combined with chocolate, dark plum and a hint of oak on the finish. Aged for 23 months in French oak barrels.
